CA Paras Bhatia is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Commerce graduate from Kurukshetra University. He founded A P M B & Associates in 2015 and has since been actively involved in providing professional services in the areas of audit, taxation, accounting, consultancy and corporate advisory.

With extensive professional experience, he has handled a wide range of assignments involving statutory and internal audits, accounting and financial reporting, taxation, GST, corporate law and business consultancy. His experience includes managing audit assignments and finalisation of accounts for multinational companies, multi-location organisations and businesses operating across diverse sectors.

He has particular experience in GST audits, GST compliance and advisory matters, assisting clients in understanding and meeting their statutory and regulatory requirements while ensuring appropriate compliance with the applicable laws.

CA Paras Bhatia also advises Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients residing across various countries on matters relating to Indian Income Tax compliance, tax return filing, tax advisory, taxation of income earned or received in India, and related regulatory requirements. He assists NRI clients in navigating their Indian tax obligations and provides practical guidance based on their individual financial and professional circumstances.

His professional approach combines technical expertise, practical understanding and client-focused advisory, with an emphasis on timely compliance, accuracy and long-term professional relationships.
